This camp focuses on building and programming with LEGO robots, incorporating challenges from the FIRST LEGO League robotics competition and culminating in a LEGO BattleBot championship.

We organize the camp activities such that every student goes home with a meaningful award that recognizes him/her for specific accomplishments. Our goal is to help kids learn that they are capable of working with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

New this year, we've added exciting and new EV3 programming challenges to go beyond BattleBot. Tips and secret strategies are revealed to ensure programming and building success. We demo EV3 programming and help students to create programs for their robots. With the help of world champion instructors, your junior-level (age 4-8) students will learn be introduced to programming in a hands-on and non-threatening way. Again, our goal is to give your child confidence and to introduce them to STEM topics in a fun and meaningful way.

Our BattleBot competitions are a hit, and this camp gives students the maximum opportunity to create epic battle robots with help from world champion instructors. The robots battle 'to the death', and the designer of the 'last robot standing’ from each round wins the coveted championship ribbons and medals.

Students will also be introduced to the FIRST LEGO League, an international robotics competition that many local schools compete in. We even help our graduates from this camp (and from the full-day camp) to find FIRST LEGO League teams for the coming season.
